MT KEMBLA / ILLAWARRA AND BEYOND - YOUR PAST IS YOUR PRESENT
Have you ever wondered what the history of an area, place, people was - as you travelled, visited or in your own area? Wouldn't you love a story that tells you the history from your phone? Not just boring history, but real life stories, connection, humour, emotion all linked to place so your experience was richer?
We are excited to finally get to this launch stage for Yesterday stories and look forward to sharing this new project with you on the 19th May, 2018 - please see details below below. We are hoping you will attend our launch and be amongst the first to download the app. We will also be showcasing some great local stories you may not have realised existed.
Or perhaps you would like to extend this project to your local area? Or have a story to suggest to the producers?
You must rsvp to get access via your email for the app and seats are limited.
Come and hear about Wollongong's history and be part of history in the making. In video format we explore a number of local history stories, from love stories to personal stories, Indigenous history, migrant history, sites and landmarks, industrial and military history, come and see your history like never before and be the first to download the new app, Yesterday Stories.
