Step into our region's military past at the Breakwater Battery Museum at Port Kembla.
The museum was established in 1988 to showcase the important military history of our region. The museum building was built in 1939 as the World War II headquarters and command post for the Breakwater Battery fort complex overlooking Port Kembla harbour.
